Entry Process

  • Entries must be approximately 300 words long and must be submitted by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject line ‘Company Formation Competition’.
  • Entrants must write approximately 300 words on starting a business. Subjects include amusing startup stories, your startup business idea or challenges you’ve faced and how you’ve overcome them.
  • All entries must be submitted with the eligibility form complete.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Offensive, incomplete, incomprehensible or incorrectly completed entries will not be counted.
  • All entries must be submitted by midnight on the closing date 22nd April 2016. No entries will be accepted if they are sent after this time.

Winners’ Selection

  • A shortlist of five entries will be published in advance of the announcement of the winners.
  • The names of the winners will be announced by April 29th 2016. All prize winners will be notified direct by phone, e-mail or in writing. It is the responsibility of all entrants to notify us of any change to contact details.
  • Euro Start Entreprises will select the final, winning entries.
  • Euro Start Entreprises reserves the right not to award the prize if no entries meet the required standard, or to extend the closing date if insufficient entries of the required quality have been received by the deadline date.
  • By entering the competition, you agree that we may publish your name, age, nominated institution, location, your submitted entry, details of your prize and information related to your entry. You will retain ownership of copyright of your entry.

Prize & Delivery

  • The prize winner will receive a company formation package that includes company formation, registered address for one year, bank account introduction and VAT registration in France
  • The prize winner will need to provide all due diligence and compliance documents in order to have the company incorporated.
  • The company formation consultation services will take place in Paris; prize-winners will be responsible for their own travel expenses.
  • The prize-winners will have 12 months to redeem their prize
  • The prizes are not transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Euro Start Entreprises reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended rules and/or specific competition rules on the competition page.
